I upgraded to student premium and got charged for it and it does not appear on my Spotify account.

I upgraded to student premium and got charged for it and it does not appear on my Spotify account.

I tired to switch to student and when I was selecting my college it wouldn't find it and I still got charged for it so I want a refund.
