Are you trying to sign in via the Web or mobile application? If you are trying to sign in with the mobile application:

When you try and log into the Mobile/Desktop application, do you use your Email address or your Spotify username?

You need to use your Spotify username when trying to log into the Spotify Applications 🙂

i cant seem to log into the account in neither the desktop or iphone. im using "*******" my username.

I have edited your post and removed some private information 🙂

I suggest you try a clean reinstall and see if this helps, This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache 🙂
