I've been charged 3 time in one night after I restarted my premium account....Why!!!!1

I find the lack of a customer service phone number unsatisfactory. I need to know why I've been robbed and when (or if I'll even) get my money back. And now I have to wait until who knows when I'll get a response. That money was much needed and the fact I can't talk to a actual human for the immediate help I need is quite telling of what kind of company Spotify is. Why so afraid of your customers? Anyways can anyone verify that the email help system is actually any help?

Thhe contact form is the only way of getting direct support. Usually you should get a reply within 24 hours but, ubfortunately, it can be longer over weekends. You will probably get an autoresponse directing you back here in which case, please reply to it to speed the process along.
