I've been charged but still free account

I've been charged but still free account

I completed the payment procedure but my phone died while it was "loading" the credit card info. So i receved a notificacion from my bank warning the charge. So i paid and have no premium account... I need help please.

Hey @LeonardoTM,

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge.
