I've been charged with the student discount and I can't access premium

I've been charged with the student discount and I can't access premium

I've done the 4.99 deal for college students, but after I paid for premium they told me it's only for current students. Well its summer! I'll be enrolled in the fall but couldn't they have told me before they charged my account? I need my premium or at least my money back. That's unfair.

I have also been charged for Spotify twice and still don't have premium with NUS

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

I've paid for my Facebook one and only have one account it just doesn't seem to work and I don't want to be charged twice.

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I did that but no luck, I've done it again and will see what happens, what happened to good old fashioned phones
