I've done the 4.99 deal for college students, but after I paid for premium they told me it's only for current students. Well its summer! I'll be enrolled in the fall but couldn't they have told me before they charged my account? I need my premium or at least my money back. That's unfair.
They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
