I've been charged yet the purchase failed

I've been charged yet the purchase failed

I just tried to purchase an album on Spotify for the first time... and after I inserted my card details it stated that authentication failed and therefore the purchase didn't go through...  YET I immediately received an email stating my card has been charged.  So now I have paid but have no music???!!!!

 

Very annoying.  What now?  Spotify customer services seems to be non existent.  If Spotify read this, my Order ID is         70696957011

We're right here!

I've just taken a look at your account, and it seems that you've purchased 7 download credits on your account. You can use these by clicking on the little arrow pointing down in the "Get" Column next to the tracks you wish to purchase.
