I've been hacked!

I've signed up for the spotify premium deal where you get 3 months for .99 cents. After a month I noticed random things getting added to my songs list, I found it very odd. I didn't realize until now that my main email has been changed and that I was signed up for a family subscription when I never did so myself. The hacker invited 2 people to join in on the family plan. I've been charged for it already too, I never wanted this and they've changed my password. I log in through facebook, so that's how I've been actually able to sign in. Help! I don't know if they have my payment details or anything!
