Just get in touch with https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ and we'll be able to sort this out for you.

I already did but, should I wait until they answer me or should I cancel my suscription?

 

@jaimen They should get back to you within 24 hours, they will be able to see what is going on and make sure everything is sorted out on your account, so there should be no need to cancel it just yet 🙂 If you do not get a response within 24 hours, post back here with your case number 🙂

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

To add to what @Josh said, you need to make sure you reply directly to the automated reply (even if it is from a no-reply), and someone at Spotify will take a look.

If, after you have replied to the automated email, you still haven't got a response for 24h or so, post your Case number as previously mentioned.
