Hi, I have been paying every month for a premium account and I have never had a premium account. My account says I'm still listening to Spotify for free. I would like to cancel this subscription but I don't have the option to cancel it seeing as my account says I'm using spotify for free. Please help.

Hi @josephine16, welcome!

 

It looks like you have two accounts. Do you think it's possible? You might be paying for the other one. Do you have the receipt sent through email by Spotify to you when you subscribed?

 

It contains all the credentials you need to log in the Premium account.
