I've cancelled my subscription twice and they Spotify is still charging me

Why is that? 

 

How can I permanently end this god darn m*ther**bleep**ing subscription?

 

How can I contact customer support (chat or telephone)?

Hey @SamuliL,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
