I've deleted my account and still being charged and this company won't fix it!!!!

TWO MONTHES AGO I canceled my premium account and since I have been charged two more times. I have filled out two contact forms and have posted in this forum hoping for a solution however I have yet to here back with a solution. This is an URGENT matter as my bank account is now tied up with overdraft fees because of this idiocracy. It has now been two days I've been trying to get this fixed with no real help and no real solution. All I want is a refund for the money that was STOLEN from me and my account permenatly deleted!!!! Never again will I ever use this service and i will never recommend it to anyone I know. No true way of contacting the company and and incompetent support staff. Your customer service is a joke and I am only becoming more frustrated and angry having to deal with this

Have you replied to that cases?

 

If support replies you to check community for a solution or if you received your case number (#XXXXXXXX), please reply back even if there is "no reply" tag and tell that you still need help. If your inbox is empty please check spam.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
