I've emailed Spotify a couple times within the last week and no response yet--WHAT GIVES?

So yea pretty self explanatory lol.  Has anyone else had a problem with this, how long does it usually take to hear back?  Getting a bit annoyed.  Thanks.

I mean I received a couple of automated responses right away, but was assuming someone would have actually contacted with me with a solution to my problem by now.

I emailed yesterday and only got the automated response, so this would be really useful to know! 🙂

Same thing happen to me. I emailed regarding my playlists a few days ago and have only received an automated response, with no help

Hiya, i've used the online form twice now and still havn't recieved a reply. Would be appreciated if my case could get forwarded on to the correct people so I can get a response. My case numbers are # 00821438 and # 00821458. Thank you
