I've fallen into a black hole with Spotify and can't find answers.

I signed up on my computer for a Premium Account for $.99 for three months recently but provided an incorrect, non-existent email address in error. I realized this when I went to sign on on my iPhone and couldn't get to my account. I also learned that I have an existing account with a different email address. I'd like to delete the free account and correct the email on the Premium Account but don't know how. So far, I hate Spotify. Why no chat?
