I have a premium for family subscription in the UK. I recently added my wife and everything has been fine for a few weeks, when suddenly today all her music and playlists are gone, and in their place she has someone elses's music and playlists.
She is using an iPhone XS with latest ios.
She has logged out and back in again, but this made no difference.
Coincidently, the other person appears to be called Karen also, looking at the name of her playlists. Not sure if this is relavent, but thought it was worth mentioning.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
