I've lost access to my Spotify account that was linked to my Facebook account, but I no longer have access to that Facebook account. I still have the email associated with that Facebook account, but the email for that Facebook account has changed

Try resetting your password via this link by using the email that has previously been linked to your Facebook account.
After this is done, go through this link, where you'll now be able to change your email address as well in case you wish to do so 🙂
