I've lost all non-local starred songs

I just went to use my Spotify, and all of my playlists are there... but all of the songs that I don't have saved locally (that is, saved as an MP3 on my hard drive) disappeared!  Clearly, not the whole thing got deleted, but 99% of it is gone.  Could someone please assist me?

If you drop the support guys a quick email via the online contact form they should be able to restore them for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
