I've lost my playlists and they are being shared with my friends, but my username is a number

Solved!

I've lost my playlists and they are being shared with my friends, but my username is a number

I had an issue the last few days with my membership going from premium to free. I have reinstated the premium (my cell phone company pays for it) but since then, my playlists have vanished. My wife and friends can see the playlists that are shared from my account, but instead of my details there is a number for my account.

I'm guessing there's 2 accounts, but the only details I have is my username and facebook login - both of which are the same.

Can I login with the number account? Can I merge the accounts?
