I've paid for Premium and it's not upgraded! 05/07/2013

Can someone please help, not sure why if I paid for the premium on 05/07/2013, I am not getting premium subscription.  I am still getting all of the ads.  I either need to get an extension because it has been already 10 days or a full refund on my account.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Are you sure you are logging into the correct account, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two, one with a Spotify username and another through Facebook. 

 

You can check your subscription status on your online overview, if it says free then that is not the account you subscribed on. 

 

If you can't find your premium account, or its on the wrong account, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further. 😉

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
