EDIT: This issue has now been fixed. Log out and log back in and your accounts should get that sweet, sweet Premium.

Hi guys,

 

We're currently having a little server issue that might be causing a delay when upgrading accounts. It may also be effecting your Profile page on the website.

 

Don't worry, the team's on it. It should be fixed shortly.

 

We'll keep you updated on this thread, so please keep an eye on it.

Still doesn't work in Switzerland.... 😞

It also happened to me (México) it works on my computer but it doesnt no my iPad

There was some issues with Spotify servers, all is now fixed for you.



Just drink another cup of tea and after that try to relogin.



If still problems, give another try of reinstall!

There is so many customers all around the world and they all are purchased good product; Spotify Premium and at the same time:)) It's very funny thing for servers:))

Just allow some minutes or hours, Premium should be yours soon.

Getting closer . . . Android recognizes Premium.

 

But Windows still does not recognize the device.
