I've paid for premium, but it's not applied to my account.

I've paid for premium, but it's not applied to my account.

I keep getting a monthly notification from PayPal confirming that I'm paying for premium, but it's not applied to my account.

I'm guessing those payments are on a different account, possibly one with an incorrect email as I've never received a receipt or confirmation from Spotify. But the payments keep going out.
How do I resolve this?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
