I've paid for premium, but there is an error.

I've paid for premium, but there is an error.

Hi guys.

So, I decided to get Premium account. And when there was "Waiting to finish transaction" page, my computer got BSoD*. And now I have Premium, I want to cancel it, but I can't. On the page with subscription I have a message with "Your payment could not be proceed, we'll try in few days to do it again" or something like that. I cannot cancel my subcription. Is there any way to do this? I've already contacted Spotify Help, but I am waiting for response.
