I've tried to install Spotify on my computer for a fresh install of Windows.

I have tried to reinstall Spotify on a fresh install of Windows. I have tried logging in using both my user name and email. I have changed my password, and I know I have typed it in correctly. I don't use Facebook so that is not an option. I have a Premium plan, and have been a paid subscriber of Spotify for many years. If I can't get this solved, I'll be looking into other music services.

Could you please let me know what happens when you try logging in on a different device to the same account ?

All my other devices work fine. It is only happening when attempting to install on this computer. I am hesitant to log off on any other device, as I don't want to have this problem on them as well.
