I wanna change my profile name, not my username. How can I do it?

I've realized that some people have two different names in spotify, one is their username (random numbers and letters) and their "profile name" that is their names. However my username and profile name happen to be the same and I would like to change my profile name, since my username is my email and I want my real name on my profile so my friend can find me easily.

Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to change an account’s username. However, as you said you can change your account's display name if you link your Spotify account to your Facebook profile so that your Facebook display name is the one shown on your account.

If you are really desperate to change your username, it is possible to create a new account.
