I want out!!!!

I have tried numerous times to cancel my premium subscription and when asked for my password to confirm it keep coming up with "incorrect password" when i know it is not. so when i click "I forgot my password" i type in my e-mail address and it says i am using facebook credentials and need to log in to facebook to change my password!!

i know it is linked with facebook, yet it still offers me no way to cancel my subscription, please help me!!
