I want the customer service RIGHT NOW.

I cancelled my 30 day premium trial TEN MINUTES after I got it, and since then ive been charged twice over the past 2 months for a product I cancelled. There is no number, I dont want to wait for an email. I am pissed.

Unfortunately, Spotify don't have telephone support. 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Don't worry, they will be able to refund you if you have not been using the service. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
