I want to cancel a subscription but don't have a log in

I keep getting a subscription being taken out my credit card but I have never subscribed.  How do I cancel?

I didn't subscribe so I don't know what the email is that was used.  All I know is I am getting premiums taken out of my credit card.  I need to get them stopped.  I can't remember ever joining.  I have never used spoitfy.
