I want to cancel my premium subscription

Why is there not a number a PAYING customer can call to get customer service? This is ridiculous! & YES I have already filled out the contact form. Not only do I want to cancel my premium subscription now, I want to cancel it all together. I already tried doing this on the APP, but is doesn't load all the way for me to do so. I do not have the funds to be paying for this month to month. I would like a response ASAP, as I have been a paying customer for quite some time.

Hi have being trying so hard to cancle my subscription but I can't if you can sent me the link on my email this is my email adesuwaosawe@yahoo.com I want it done as soon as possible and please you people should stop removing money from my account this is stealing I you don't reponse to me soon I will have to contact my bank I will be waiting for your reply and don't tell me to go to cancle because I have done that and is still not working

You should be able to cancel your subscription from your Subscription Overview page - is this not working for you?

 

If it isn't working, then you will have to wait for a response to your contact form email - it can take up to 24 hours to receive a response.

I won't be doing that. I called my bank & and asked them to help me out since this company doesn't want to provide good customer service.

Doing what? Cancelling your subscription in the correct way?

 

The facility is there, you just have to use it. The customer service is excellent, if you use it correctly, as in, submit a contact form email and wait for a reply.

I want to put it on my phone. I have it on my tablet and it won't work on my phone the same way. How do i change that?

 

The app Spotify appears now appear on my cell phone but when I try to register to be able tu use it, it answer that a compt already exist with email adress I use... Of course my cell phone and tablet use the same adress...!     When I try to change or recover my password, no answer has been received from Spotify after sending mail request... What else can I do?
