I want to cancel my spotifiy and I want a refund. I have cancelled once already but was charged anyway and it doesn't work. I can't use it, I have tried again and again. It won't connect to my echoe and everytime I try it says app support unvailable. I don't want to charged for something I can not use. You charged me and the number on my bank account associated with this charge is a scam number trying to get me to give them my address and card number for a walmart gift card. That number is 646-837-5380! Please someone correct this nonsense immediately.
