I want to change my new account to my current email but I have an old account with that email

I made a new account and used a fake email, but I want to change it to the email that I use. Only problem is I have an old account that's connected to Facebook. I'd also like to connect my new account to Facebook. I've looked on here on how to delete spotify from Facebook by can't figure it out

Unfortunately, if your acccount was created with facebook originally, there is no way to unlink it, but you can follow the Facebook guide to help out a little. It's linked here and explains how to disconnect from Facebook.
