I want to close my free account but I am not receiving the account closure email.

I want to stop using spotify (for now at least). I have a facebook connected account with an email address as well.

All the email services seem to be working fine but I am not receiving the account closure email. I have tried multiple times and waited for around 2 hours but does not seem to be working.

I would like the solution to this problem or if there is any other way to delete my account, I would be glad if you let me know.

Can you please also check your email's junk/spam folder? It might be hidden there.

No, it's nowhere at all.

I've checked every place there is. It says
"Click the link in the email we’ve just sent to [snip - Community Moderator edit] Your account is not closed until you do so.

The link will expire after 24 hours."

but I am sure I didnot receive the email.
I am receiving all notification emails but not this one.

In this case, I'd recommend trying to close the account again in an incognito window on your PC.

If you continue not receiving the confirmation email, I'd recommend waiting a few hours and then giving it another try.
