My Question or Issue

 I have both Gmail and Facebook accounts. I want to connect my Facebook account to Gmail account but a message appears that says "this account is already connected to another Spotify account." If there is an answer on forums I couldn't find it, sorry for that.

It might be possible that you have two different accounts, so we'd recommend checking this info. Also, could you let us know if this happens on another devices?

In the meantime, we recommend you do this process in a PC using an incognito window following these steps.
