I want to switch family to get premium

My Question or Issue

 I woukd like to change my membership and join another family who has premium but it says that i can't do it. It says that it has to go over a year before I can do that. So I just wonder if you could help me switch my account the other family I want to join so that I can ceep playing spotify. Otherwise I'll just have to listen to Apple Music while im waitng for the year to expire.

Hi @Gantwatch and welcome to the Community! 🙂
I believe you are referring to the support page that says "You can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months."
If so, then this means you do have one chance to switch within that 12 months.
Let's say you joined the new one - but then wanted to switch back. You wouldn't be able to until 12 months had passed. But so long as you haven't changed from one Family to another recently, you should still have your one opportunity to do so.

Keep in mind that if you're trying to join a Premium for Family plan you've already been a member of in the past year, that should work.
