I want to upgrade to premium but can’t because I’ve used a free trial

When I enter my payment it says cannot use free trial because you’ve already used it. I click on join premium but it prompts me to input my payment info and still says I can’t use the free trial. I don’t want to use the free trial. I’m trying to pay for the service so I have to beg for you to take my money?
