I wanted to delete my account, process got me confused

I contacted support as moderators suggested before. I received an e-mail saying I should provide following information. I sent an e-mail which contains that information to the same e-mail address. I mean, I replied back to support@spotify.com. But I am not sure if I replied to right address, or even did it right. Can someone help me?

Do you have a case number from when you got in touch? 

It should be in one of the email replies you get when you get in touch. 

 

If so, post it here and I will pass it up to the community staff for you.
