I was changing my subscription and it charged my card without completing the subscription process

I was changing my subscription and it charged my card without completing the subscription process

How do I get my money back? It charged me $4.99 for the student discount, but it told me after I selected submit that I needed to show a schedule because sheerID couldn't register me as a student.

Hey @jesscarroll0820,

 

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/.
