I was charged twice for a .99¢ subscription but I never ordered anything, can I get a refund?

Yesterday, I was going through my credit card history and I noticed I was charged TWO TIMES for a .99¢ subscription. Back in June I purchased the 3 month for .99¢ premium, but after that, I never subscribed for anything else. Is there any way I can get a refund?

Did you cancel your subscription after the 3 months for $0.99?

If you don't cancel the Premium subscription will be renewed monthly for $9.99.

 

If you did cancel and got charged, then I'd recommend you to contact support here so they can help you.

They'll determine your elegibility for a refund.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
