I was charged twice while attempting to sign up for a student membership

I was charged twice while attempting to sign up for a student membership

I was attempting to sign up for a student membership and my browser crashed right after I put in my information. I re-entered my information and went to verify that I was a student when my bank notified that I was double-charged before I was done with the verification. Went to check my email and there is no receipt or confirmation that I was charged. When I went to log into my Spotify account using my facebook, it is still prompting me to upgrade to premium stating my account is still free. I have already sent in a contact form, but there was no automated response that the form was received. I would like a full refund.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

I still have not verified that I am a student. How are they charging me the student discount without verification?

The transaction hasn't been fully completed so it's just a pending charge.
