 I use familiar plan, but u excluded me from premium. Now, i try to return, but i cant.

You probably have been removed from the Premium for Family plan because you weren't able to verify your address on time. No worries though, you can easily solve this issue by getting in touch with Spotify Customer Service. They'll be able to solve this as soon as possible 🙂
