Hi Dan,

I have checked your case and it looks like you have a duplicate account.  There are two accounts linked to your email address - the Premium linked to your Facebook and an account called emerify which was Unlimited.

Please send our support team an email via this link.  They will help you resolve this issue.  If you could reply back to this thread with your case number, it will help me chase it up and ensure that your case is dealt with.

Yeah thanks again Calvin. To anybody who might read this thread, the problem has been fully resolved. It was a bit frustrating there for a while but they were fully supportive as soon as I posted on this page.

I have 2 accounts I pay for and one of them has never been used. I need to cancel one but can not figure out how to do. I pay with my paypal account and I don't want to cancel the wrong one. I have been going around in circles for an hour. HELP
