I was suppose to have my account activated on the 21st. It is still not working

I was suppose to have my account activated on the 21st. It is still not working

So I was suppose to renew 2 days ago and it's still not letting me access my premium account. I've logged out and Uninstalled spotify on my phone and put it back on but still nothing. What can I do to fix it?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
