##- Ok, thank you for getting back to me and trying to help. On my phone
set myself to offline to prepare to leave to a vessel with next to no
Internet. I use the offline feature. After 30 days I am asked to log back
online to re activate account. I have no bandwidth or Internet at all to
log back online and go offline to get my music back. I need more than the
30 days to be available offline. When I can get online with my phone I am
restricted massively on-board.-##

Hey @longtimeawayguy,

Premium users need to go online every 30 days, so Spotify can check that your subscription is still active and count track plays to compensate artists. Synced tracks will become unavailable if you do not.

Unfortunately, there's no way around this.

Hope this helps!

##- Yer I know that thanks, but I was hoping some thing could be done for users like me who may have downloaded songs to listen to offline longer than 30 days. I even tried get my partner who is at home in the UK, to log into my account online, My phone which is still on board does not have access to the songs again (Kinda obviously, but worth a try). The device still requires me to log in with it before it can re authorise the next month. I Tried to log in to another computer on the boat but again its the device itself that needs to be logged in before the songs are available again to listen to offline. When I find an area on the vessel that has wifi I can get access to my library again and the songs will play, but as soon as I lose wifi signal (offline) my tracks are not available. Which is always a sad end to my trip, and a serious loss of motivation in the gym. Maybe I could try taking two devices out with me and go offline with one, a few weeks into my trip go offline with the other one.-##
