I would like to permanently delete my account but was not able to fill the form (I suppose because I don't have facebook or twitter). Could you help me to sort this out? The username is victorelisi so is the email account victorelisi@gmail.com.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

However, I am still not able to find and fill the contact form. I followed
several different links and end up in a page where I must have facebook or
twitter to proceed. And I have none. 😞

No, you don't need Facebook or Twitter.
