IMPORTANT! Just purchased premium

I have just purchased premium with the intention of using my NUS card to reduce the price, however i presumed that a screen would appear and ask for a code of some sort. This did not happen and it has taken the full £9.99 from my bank account, how can i rectify this?

When upgrading with your NUS card, you do need to go through the NUS page of our site here, otherwise you won't get the discount option.
