INDIVIDUAL PREMIUM WRONG USER

My husband and I have two separate premium accounts. When I log in mine I see his email address in the top right corner but my profile is correct!
We also keep disconnect our own session as if we where still on our old family account...Need help

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there some sort of mixup between your accounts. Check your account page to see both the username, display name and email address on your account. Your husband can also try the same. Perhaps one account has the name of one person and the email address of the other. Via the same account page, you can correct this if necessary. After that is resolved, if one person's playback interrupts the other, then you're both logged into the same account. Both of you should use your own email addresses and passwords to log in. If you both logout and then back in with your own login details, everything should be fine.
