INVALID CARD NUMBER ON 2ND YEAR SUBSCRIPTION

INVALID CARD NUMBER ON 2ND YEAR SUBSCRIPTION

I received an email saying that if I was still studying I can get another 12 months of music at half price.  I entered my NUS card which doesnt expire until October 2014 and it tells me its an invalid card.  I have used it elsewhere and it is correct.  I dont want to end up paying full price.  Please can you advise.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating our student discount - could you try that again using an alternate browser and let us know if you receive the same message?

Is it a different NUS card number than your original subscription? (To my knowledge each card number is only valid for 12 months worth of discount).

Hi, thanks for the reply but using an alternative browser is not an option for me at work and I dont have a pc at home.  It could be as an person said and be a different card number as it is a different card from last year.  Please can you give me a telephone number which I can phone to sort this out.

Was that email from Spotify? As far as I know, the student deal is only available for 12 months unless you do something sneaky like NUS then Unidays.
