Ich kann mich nicht anmelden

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit das Problem, dass ich mich nicht mehr anmelden kann. Zunaechst stand bei Spotify dass ich offline bin, obwohl ich es nicht war. Dann habe ich Spotify Geloescht und nochmal neu runter geladen. Danach habe ich versucht mich anzumelden und das einzige was passiert war war das Spotify dunkel geworden ist.

Just to confirm, is this happening across all devices? The best thing you could try is a clean reinstall with these steps. If it still happens, the support team can help you as mentioned above.
