Idea: a helpful support system and a desktop player that actually works

The support system is so obtuse that this is the only way I can ask this question

I have searched and there are no solutions

The desktop app will not play any podcasts.

I have reinstalled and restarted, mobile app works fine but desktop will play neither video nor audio

Desktop will play music, but not podcasts.

Everything works fine on my phone.

Your support center sucks.

Hey @wedgekahr 

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

 

Alternatively, if you prefer support via Twitter, you can tweet @SpotifyCares or message Spotify Cares Facebook.
