Identity crisis

Premium user here. My problem is that every time I try to connect to Facebook to find some Spotify buddy users of mine it just crashes from any device I use. I'm having a subscription on a very old e-mail and my Facebook is on a newer one, yet when I try to switch my Spotify to the new one it shows me this (attached). Help?
