If I am a Premium Subscription why do i receive a Free service

If I am a Premium Subscription why do i receive a Free service

Hi There!, Im from Mexico and I have a Premium Subscription, however if I log in through my Iphone my account appears as "Free" service, on the other hand, if I log in via Web, my same user name and e-mail appears as Premium.

 

I've followed every step on the online guide to uninstall and reinstall the app on my Iphone however this doesn't seem to change, how can this be solved, i thought it was because of my payment, and I got charged but things do not improve.

If your Premium account was created with a username and password, try to log in using those instead of your email address and password.

 

If it doesn't work, we recommend you to contact our Support team via email, Facebook or Twitter, so we can take a closer look at your account.
